Why Propane Fire Pits are a Safer Alternative
I wanted to cover a few things on fire pit safety. What makes propane fire pits safer than regular fire pits? Nothing adds a more relaxing peaceful element to your backyard patio than a nice new fire pit. Okay maybe a jacuzzi, but that's it.
They are a great choice and safer than you think...But why?
3. Smoke is always a big factor. Getting in your eyes or breathing that noxious stuff into your lungs. Can't be good for you. Well when it comes to propane your fire pit is virtually smokeless. All you breath in good clean air.
4. Speaking of noxious smoke getting in your lungs. You also have no ash to contend with either. Nobody gets burned by hot ash that has suddenly taken flight. This also eliminates starting stray fires.
5. How about good for the environment as well. The government as even approved it as a clean burning fuel. Doesn't harm the surrounding area, the soil or the water. And it's non toxic.
6. Also you have no hot coals or burning embers lying around when your done. Propane fire pits are quickly cooled off. You can see the benefit of that immediately i'm sure. No worries about anyone getting burned, and no worries about your pet hoping up there afterwords. No possibility of it re-igniting afterwords as well.
7. You don't get this huge roaring infernos either, since you can easily adjust the height of the flame. You have absolute control with just the simple turn of a knob. This is like having a built in safety feature which I guess it is. When it comes to fire you should have total control.
So I hope you can now see some of the great features when it comes to owning and enjoying your propane fire pit. So relax with your friends and family, enjoy your favorite beverage knowing that you are a lot safer with your new propane fire pit.
Takes minimal caution but you should of course never leave it fully unattended. Especially with the little ones running around. They should be safe around it but with little kids, you never know. Sometimes it seems they find a way. So use some caution but enjoy.

Hi, some great info there. I love the look of the propane fire pits and they are so easy to maintain. My friend has one and we often sit outside for hours after the sun goes down. It’s just so relaxing.
